1. Zero Platform Fees for Creators
Shuyu is a 100% free platform for creators. We do not charge subscription fees, and we do not take a cut from your agreed-upon base rate. All platform and processing fees are charged directly to the Brand.
2. Escrow Payment Guarantee
Before you begin content production, the Brand is required to deposit 100% of your campaign fee into a secure Razorpay Escrow account. Your funds are secured by Razorpay and will be released to your linked bank account upon successful completion and verification of the deliverables.
3. Content Guidelines & ASCI Compliance
You agree to create content that strictly adheres to the Brand's approved brief. All sponsored content must comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, including clearly marking content with #ad, #sponsored, or using the platform's paid partnership label.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Creators agree to provide up to one (1) reasonable revision of the content if it deviates from the original brief. If the Brand does not approve or request revisions within 72 hours of you submitting the final deliverable link, Shuyu reserves the right to automatically release the escrow funds to your account.
5. Content Usage Rights
Unless a specific Add-On is purchased, the Brand is granted standard usage rights to organically repost the content on their own social media channels for 30 days with proper attribution. Brands may not run your content as Paid Ads without purchasing the "Paid Usage Rights" add-on.
6. Cancellations & Disputes
If you fail to deliver the content by the agreed deadline, the escrow funds will be refunded to the Brand. If the Brand cancels the campaign after you have already produced the content according to the brief, the funds will be released to you.
7. Termination & Legal Action
Shuyu reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate any of these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to bypass the platform's escrow system. Shuyu reserves the right to initiate strict legal proceedings to recover damages for any such violations or breaches of contract.
